My stay was quite pleasant, with a clean and comfortable environment and a truly magical ambiance created by the waterfall. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, which added a personal touch to our experience. However, there were some issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity, and the gym facilities could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, it was a rejuvenating getaway and I appreciated the serene surroundings.

I had a great experience overall, despite a few issues. The location is stunning with a beautiful waterfall right in front, making it a peaceful getaway. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the food was delicious. However, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, which made it tough to catch up on work, and the gym facilities could use improvement since only a few machines were available, and some were broken.

While the dining options were delightful and the atmosphere relaxing, I did face some inconveniences with the room's bathroom leaking during rain and inconsistent Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a lovely getaway, especially with the heated pool and beautiful ambiance.
